Marcus founded the firm in 2009 after a decade in the corporate teams of two international firms. He acts for founders and boards on financings, acquisitions and the everyday decisions that quietly shape a company. Clients value that he tells them what he would do, not just what they could do.

Nadia Wahab

Nadia leads the firm's disputes practice and appears regularly before the Singapore courts and in SIAC arbitrations. She is known for preparation bordering on the obsessive and for an instinct for when a matter should settle. She also mentors the firm's associates through their first trials.
