A difficult estuary, finally online

What it took to commission an Interceptor in one of the hardest river mouths we've faced.

This is evocative, fictional body copy standing in for a real field report. In a live site it would open with the campaign's headline number, then walk through how the season unfolded week by week.

Charts and photographs would sit alongside the narrative — extraction logs, weather windows, and the inevitable setbacks that come with operating machinery in the open ocean.

It would close with what the data changed about the plan for next season, and a clear ask: help fund the next system.
